The solid 22 × 143 mm SOLID deck board in light grey with a grooved surface combines the natural look of wood with the advantages of a modern WPC composite material. The high-quality material mix of 60% wood fibers (poplar), 35% polyethylene, and 5% additives such as UV and mold protection ensures long durability, weather resistance, and easy-care surfaces. The grooved structure provides optimal slip resistance and an attractive design, while the solid SOLID design offers stability.

The boards are available in fixed lengths of 3.0 m, 3.6 m, 4.2 m, and 4.8 m to flexibly adapt to any construction project.

Simple installation and processing:
The boards can be easily cut using conventional woodworking tools. They can be installed on WPC or aluminum substructures with a substructure spacing of 30–35 cm. A lateral bridge in the groove facilitates precise alignment during installation.

Temperature and maintenance instructions:
WPC reacts to temperature changes – therefore, a gap of approx. 20 mm must be maintained from adjacent components. Cleaning is uncomplicated: water and soap solution are usually sufficient. For additional protection, we recommend Gunreben WPC&BPC Cleaner and Gunreben WPC&BPC Surface Protection, which effectively protects the boards against water, grease, and dirt.
