Shipping Terms
Delivery is only available domestically (Germany).
Shipping Costs
B2C (Sales to private customers via the online shop):
Orders with a net goods value of €2000 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany (excluding islands).
For orders with a net goods value of less than €2000, shipping costs will be displayed in the shop before you complete the ordering process.
B2B:
Freight costs apply according to the currently valid freight cost table.
Delivery Times
B2C (Sales to private customers via the online shop):
Unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation, goods are delivered domestically (Germany, excluding islands) within 5 - 7 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date on which payment is received).
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Prerequisites for our delivery service are an accessible road for large trucks (e.g., articulated lorries or tractor-trailers), the presence of personnel for unloading and goods inspection, no unreasonable waiting times for unloading, no fixed deadlines, and the possibility of receiving goods from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
