Structural Solid Timber Spruce NSi – KVH beams planed & finger-jointed
Our structural solid timber made of spruce in NSi quality is suitable for numerous structural applications in timber construction. The KVH beams are manufactured from kiln-dried spruce wood, are planed on all sides, and have slightly chamfered edges.
The 13.0 m long rods are finger-jointed and can be cross-cut for shipping or according to your required length. The available cross-cutting options can be selected directly via the respective product variant.

Cross-cutting of the KVH beams
The beams are cut from a 13.0 m long initial rod according to the selected variant. This allows even longer KVH cross-sections to be ordered and transported conveniently.
Important note regarding the cross-cut:
The cross-cutting is performed manually by us using a chainsaw. Due to the kerf width of the saw, there is a corresponding loss of material with every cut. The specified sections may therefore be slightly shorter than the calculated nominal dimension for combinations where the total length equals exactly 13.0 m. The cross-cuts are not to be understood as finished dimensions accurate to the millimeter.
For applications where an exact final dimension is required, sufficient allowance should be planned for subsequent fine or finish cutting on the construction site.
KVH Spruce for structural timber construction
Due to the technical drying, finger-jointing, and planed surface, the KVH Spruce NSi is suitable for numerous applications in structural timber construction. Typical areas of use include, for example, timber structures, substructures, frame constructions, and other load-bearing and structural components – in each case taking into account the planning and static requirements of the respective construction project.
