Structural Solid Timber Spruce NSi – KVH beams planed & finger-jointed
Our structural solid timber made of spruce in NSi quality is suitable for numerous structural applications in timber construction. The KVH beams are manufactured from kiln-dried spruce wood, are planed on all sides, and have slightly chamfered edges.
The 13.0 m long bars are finger-jointed and can be cross-cut for shipping or according to your required length. The available cross-cutting options can be selected directly via the respective product variant.

Cross-cutting of KVH beams
The beams are cut from a 13.0 m long original bar according to the selected variant. This allows even longer KVH sections to be ordered and transported conveniently.
Important note on cross-cutting:
We perform the cross-cut manually using a chainsaw. Due to the kerf width of the saw, there is a corresponding loss of material with every cut. The stated pieces may therefore be slightly shorter than the calculated nominal dimension if the combined cut lengths add up to exactly 13.0 m. The cross-cuts are not to be understood as finished dimensions accurate to the millimeter.
For applications where an exact final dimension is required, sufficient allowance should therefore be planned for subsequent fine or finish cutting on the construction site.
KVH Spruce for structural timber construction
Due to the technical drying, finger-jointing, and planed surface, the KVH Spruce NSi is suitable for numerous applications in structural timber construction. Typical areas of use include timber constructions, substructures, frame constructions, as well as other load-bearing and structural components – in each case taking into account the planning and static requirements of the respective construction project.
