Structural Solid Timber Spruce NSi – KVH beam planed & finger-jointed
Our structural solid timber made of spruce in NSi quality is suitable for numerous structural applications in timber construction. The KVH beams are manufactured from kiln-dried spruce wood, are planed on all sides and have slightly chamfered edges.
The 13.0 m long bars are finger-jointed and can be cut to size for shipping or according to your required length. The available cutting options can be selected directly via the respective product variant.

Cutting of KVH beams
The beams are cut from a 13.0 m long initial bar according to the selected variant. This allows even longer KVH cross-sections to be ordered and transported conveniently.
Important note regarding cutting:
The cutting is performed manually by us using a chainsaw. Due to the kerf of the saw, there is a corresponding loss of material with every cut. The stated sections may therefore be slightly shorter than the calculated nominal dimension for cutting combinations where the initial length corresponds exactly to 13.0 m. The cuts are not to be understood as precise millimeter-accurate finished dimensions.
For applications where an exact final dimension is required, sufficient allowance should be planned for later fine or final cutting on the construction site.
KVH spruce for structural timber construction
Due to the technical drying, finger-jointing and planed surface, the KVH spruce NSi is suitable for numerous applications in structural timber construction. Typical areas of application include, for example, wooden structures, substructures, frame structures as well as other load-bearing and structural components – in each case taking into account the planning and static requirements of the respective construction project.
