Structural Solid Timber Spruce NSi – KVH beam planed & finger-jointed
Our structural solid timber made of spruce in NSi quality is suitable for numerous structural applications in timber construction. The KVH beams are manufactured from kiln-dried spruce wood, planed on all sides, and have slightly chamfered edges.
The 13.0 m long poles are finger-jointed and can be cut to size for shipping or according to your required length. The available cutting options can be selected directly via the respective product variant.

Cross-cutting of KVH beams
The beams are cut from a 13.0 m long initial pole according to the selected variant. This allows even longer KVH cross-sections to be ordered and transported conveniently.
Important note on cross-cutting:
We perform the cross-cut manually with a chainsaw. Due to the cutting width of the saw, there is a corresponding loss of material with every cut. Therefore, in combinations of cuts where the initial length equals exactly 13.0 m, the specified sections may turn out to be slightly shorter than the calculated nominal dimension. The cuts are not to be understood as millimeter-precise finished dimensions.
For applications where an exact final dimension is required, sufficient allowance should therefore be planned for subsequent fine or finish cutting on the construction site.
KVH Spruce for structural timber construction
Due to the technical drying, finger-jointing, and planed surface, the KVH Spruce NSi is suitable for numerous applications in structural timber construction. Typical areas of application include wooden structures, substructures, frame constructions, as well as other load-bearing and structural components – in each case taking into account the planning and structural requirements of the respective construction project.
