Product Description
This handcrafted oak cutting board is produced at our factory in Strullendorf. Each board is carefully crafted, and its natural coloring and characteristic grain give the oak wood its individual appearance. This creates a functional kitchen utensil that can also be used as a serving board on the dining table.
We use Spessart oak for production. The logs are cut in our own sawmill in Strullendorf and then processed further at the same location – from the log to the finished cutting board. After cutting, the lumber is air-dried for at least six months. The subsequent final drying is done with heat, which we generate using, among other things, our own wood waste from production.
Oak wood has a high level of hardness, making it a great foundation for a durable cutting board for daily use. The warm coloring and distinctive grain of the wood make every board unique. In addition to cutting, it can also be used for arranging and serving food.
