HR Administrator (m/f/d)
Your tasks – What awaits you:
- Processing of monthly payroll accounting
- Settlement of travel expenses
- Maintenance of daily time recording
- Coordination and procurement of temporary employees
- Procurement and issuance of work clothing
- Correspondence with all authorities, service providers, etc.
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Filing
- General office activities
Your profile – What distinguishes you:
- Completed training in a commercial profession
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and human resources
- Resilience, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
- Reliability, flexibility, and diligence
- Good knowledge of MS Office
