Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)
Your Tasks – What to expect:
- Professional and disciplinary management of the HR department
- Advising and supporting the management and executives on all HR-related issues
- Responsibility for personnel planning, recruitment, and development
- Managing and optimizing all HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and payroll tax regulations
- Conducting staff meetings and supporting employment law measures
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and HR projects
- Preparing analyses, statistics, and HR-related key performance indicators
- Responsibility for payroll accounting and managing payroll processes
- Supporting change and organizational development processes
- Promoting an appreciative corporate culture and employee retention
- Contract management
- Supervising and scheduling apprentices (training instructor function)
- Maintaining daily time tracking (as a substitute)
- Coordinating and procuring temporary agency workers (as a substitute)
- Correspondence with all authorities, service providers, etc.
Your Profile – What distinguishes you:
- Completed commercial vocational training with a further qualification as a certified HR specialist (geprüfte Personalfachkauffrau) or a comparable degree
- Trainer qualification certificate (Ausbilderschein)
- Several years of professional experience in HR with experience in a management role
- Well-founded knowledge of labor, social security, and payroll tax law
- Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
- Strong social competence, empathy, and a high level of loyalty, discretion, and trustworthiness
- High level of communication and organizational skills, as well as assertiveness
- Confident handling of MS Office and standard HR systems
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
