Advantages of Traffic Click 5.0 mm

• Easy to install as a floating floor
The click connection enables clean installation without full-surface gluing. This is particularly practical for renovation projects and tight construction schedules.
• Low installation height
With a thickness of 5.0 mm, the floor remains pleasantly flat. This makes it easier to connect to doors, transitions, and adjacent floor coverings.
• Waterproof, easy-care surface
The PUR-coated vinyl surface is easy to clean and well-suited for kitchens, hallways, and more frequently used living areas. When cleaning, any excess water should be wiped up promptly.
• Robust for everyday life
Traffic Click 5.0 mm is designed for areas where the floor is subjected to regular wear. The stable construction supports the dimensional stability of the floor and is suitable for frequently used living areas.
• Many decors for various room atmospheres
The selection ranges from calm wood looks to more striking decors. This allows you to choose a floor that perfectly matches modern, classic, or heavily structured interiors.

Decor, format, and room effect

When choosing a decor, the desired room atmosphere is the primary focus. Light wood looks make the space appear friendlier and lighter, while darker decors look more powerful and present. The format also changes the impression: elongated planks support a classic wood floor look, while more compact formats appear calmer, more graphic, or stone-like.

Technical advice for planning

Thanks to its click connection, Traffic Click 5.0 mm can generally be installed as a floating floor. Its low installation height is particularly helpful for renovations where doors, transitions, and adjoining floor coverings must be taken into account.

Before installation, the subfloor, installation height, and room conditions should be carefully checked. The subfloor must be clean, dry, level, and stable. Full-surface bonding may be required for commercial projects as well as in damp rooms, wet areas, conservatories, or areas exposed to high heat.

Further information regarding the subfloor, room climate, bonding, and underfloor heating can be found in our installation instructions for vinyl design floors.

Tip: If more installation height is available and a real wood surface is desired, engineered wood flooring might be a better fit. It is especially worth considering if, in addition to a natural wood look, factors like renewability and the classic character of genuine wood are important.
