The natural coloring and vibrant grain of the ash wood vary from piece to piece, giving each board an individual appearance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWood from the Spessart region and in-house processing\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe use \u003cstrong\u003eash wood from the Spessart region\u003c\/strong\u003e for our cutting boards. The round timber is cut in our \u003cstrong\u003eown sawmill in Strullendorf\u003c\/strong\u003e and subsequently processed at the same location – from the log to the finished cutting board.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter cutting, the lumber is \u003cstrong\u003eair-dried for at least six months\u003c\/strong\u003e. This is followed by final drying using heat, which we generate partly from our \u003cstrong\u003eown wood scraps from production\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHandcrafted in our workshop\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEvery cutting board is \u003cstrong\u003ehandmade\u003c\/strong\u003e in our workshop.
