This creates a practical kitchen utensil that can also be used as a serving board on the set table.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor production, we use \u003cstrong\u003eoak wood from the Spessart\u003c\/strong\u003e. The logs are cut in our \u003cstrong\u003eown sawmill in Strullendorf\u003c\/strong\u003e and then processed further at the same location – from the log to the finished cutting board. After cutting, the wood is \u003cstrong\u003eair-dried for at least six months\u003c\/strong\u003e. Final drying is carried out using heat, which we generate partly from \u003cstrong\u003eour own production wood residues\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOak wood has a high level of hardness and thus offers a good foundation for a durable cutting board for daily use.
